In questionable weather and mud season, call first (802 436 3121) for the best route.

The easiest way (without a trailer): From the center of Woodstock, take Route 4 towards Quechee and points east. After the Sunoco station, go straight at the left bend. This puts you on Hartland Hill Rd. Continue about 1 mile until you come to the forked intersection where Garvin Hill Rd.goes right. Follow Garvin Hill Rd. carefully for about 3 miles. Appledore Farm is the last property on the left on Garvin Hill Rd.

The alternate easiest way (with a trailer): Once on Hartland Hill Rd. (see above), continue for over 3 miles until you come to the intersection with Town Farm Hill Rd. Turn right and uphill (Hartland Hill Rd. continues downhill at this point). After just under 1 mile, turn on to Weed Rd., which is a downhill turn. Appledore Farm is just over one-half mile on the right (big red arena). 

From I-89

From I-89, take I-91 south to exit 9. Follow the instructions for I-91 and the south.
